TRX cardio core: A full body functional TRX and core workout with intense cardio vascular work.
Strength & Spin: Weight resistance exercises mixed with calorie burning bike work.
Spin: Fast moving, music pumping, sweat dripping, cardio bike conditioning.
Boxing: Technique boxing, pad and bag work whilst enjoying an intense cardio burn.
SpinBox: 2 trainers mixing it up with a spin and boxing burn incorporating the newest beats to bring it all home.
